Abstract: 

مقدمه: نظر به اینکه سیستم آموزشی فعلی جهت دانشجویان گروه پزشکی به نحوی است که دانشجویان بیشتر زمان آموزش خود را در چارچوب برنامه های رسمی محدود به شرایط تصنعی و کلاسیک طی می کنند، در نتیجه میزان رضایت از کیفیت آموزش به روش موجود و کاربرد آموخته ها در شرایط واقعی نیاز به بررسی و حتی تغییر در رویکرد حاضر دارد.مرور مطالعات: با مطالعه تاریخچه خدمات و آموزش جامعه نگر و جامعه محور در می یابیم که حدود یک قرن پیش به صورت Service learning ارایه خدمات و آموزش به فراگیران همزمان در بستر جامعه انجام می پذیرفت. از اوایل 1900 تاکنون، آموزش دهندگان متوجه اهمیت ارتباط خدمات با اهداف آموزش شده اند و درطی قرن از 1960 تا 1970 در نتیجه S.L گذشته این مفهوم در آموزش جایگاه خود را حفظ کرده است. اغلب برنامه های فعالیت دانشجویان در جامعه در راستای اهداف آموزش توسعه یافت. این S.L اساس اعتقاد و مشابه نگرش ساختار گراهاست که معتقدند تولید و ساخت دانش در افراد از دانش و تجربیات پایه و مقدماتی شروع می شود بطرف فرایند یادگیری، تفسیر و بحث پیرامون اطلاعات جدید در زمینه اجتماع و محیط فردی پیش می رود. در حقیقت مفهوم یادگیری دو طرفه اساس و وجه تمایز تجربه ناشی از آموزش به روش دانشجویان به اهداف آموزشی دروس خود با مشارکت در برنامه های ارایه خدمت در شرایط واقعی دست می یابند و جامعه نیز مستقیما از آن بهره مند می شود. در این روش هم فراگیر و هم جامعه بهره مند می شوند. و فراگیران فعالانه به تولید محصول و خدمت مرتبط با اهداف آموزش می پردازند. با توسعه نگرشها، باورها و رفتارها در ارتباط با جامعه، شهروندانی مطلع و نیروی کار تولیدی تربیت می کنند. در این روش اساس کار دریافت باز خورد از جامعه و مدرسان است که به فراگیران فرصت می دهد دانش جدید خود را با دیگران مطرح کند و آموخته های خود را برای دیگران معنی دار کنند.بحث: در آموزش سنتی مردم بر خدماتی که دریافت میکنند، هیچ گونه کنترلی ندارند، فراگیران نیز قدرت مداخله و کاربرد آموخته های خود را ندارند ولی در این آموزش، تمام ابعاد نیازهای مردم دیده می شود و فراگیران با مشارکت مردم روی نیازها کار می کنند، مردم بر ارایه خدمات نظارت دراند. انریش می گوید: یادگیری فراگیران از طریق خواندن کتابهای قطور در اطاقهای در بسته ایجاد نمی شود، بلکه باید درهای پنجره ها را باز کرد و به دنبال تجربه بود. در نهایت به کمک SL فرصتی برای آزمون مسوولیت پذیری، تبدیل شدن به یک شهروند خوب را برای فراگیران در حین دستیابی به اهداف آموزش و ارایه خدمت به مردم ایجاد نماییم.

Abstract: 

Nowadays, all aspects of human life are influenced by the advances in information and communication technologies (ICT). Education and learning are also among areas that have been greatly affected by ICT and the speed of its growth. This affectability results in the creation of a new concept, called e-learning. In this paper, we first define the basic concepts of learning. Then, describing the trajectory of the technological course of distance education, we explain the technological background of e-learning and express how ICT affects the formation of personalized intelligent learning. Evolution of distance education can be divided into six generations: correspondence education, audio-visual education, computer-assisted education, web-based education, e-learning 1, and (social) e-learning 2. Additionally, we address to the researches in e-learning through the examination of published papers in e-learning. Our investigation shows the increasing interest of researchers to technological issues of e-learning as well as attempting to match different information technology appearances to it. Scientific problems around e-learning are interesting for many researchers, and solving each of them helps to the evolution of e-learning from some aspect. E-learning, as the most sensible * Corresponding author: montazer@modares. ac. ir effect of modern information and communication technologies on education and because of its effects on the mind and behaviour of the learners, is so important that ignoring policy making on it makes it impossible to exploit the advantages of applying these technologies in education, increases the costs in future of education, and also widens the gap between education system and citizens of information era.

Abstract: 

Economic growth and development is highly tied to the technological development of the firms and industries of each country, thus determining the enhancement of the economic position in a mutual interaction. In most cases, achieving technological development for latecomer firms and countries, becomes possible through the primary pathway of technological learning, through which latecomers try to reduce their technological and economic gap with technological frontiers and pioneers. This becomes possible with the help of government’ s support and formulating and implementing proper policies; Therefore government policies plays an important role in how technological learning progresses. Accordingly, after explaining the concept of technological learning and its importance in developing countries as well as the concepts of technological gap and latecomers, this paper investigates the mechanism by which the technological learning takes place in firms. Next, technological learning modes, resources, processes and models are explained. This section is followed by pointing out the importance of governmental interventions in technological learning improvement and also the most important government policies in this field. Abstract: 

Gas industry is a highly important technology-driven industry in Iran's economy. Despite numerous domestic and foreign investments in the industry, it is still dependent on foreign countries during decades ago. In other words, little technological learning has been occurred there. The aim of this research is examining the technological learning failure in the gas industry. For this purpose, the interviews were conducted with some gas experts, and after coding the interviews, seven factors were identified as the impact factors on technological learning failure, these factors are "lack of feedback loops on gas industry value chain, lack of border process between gas industry and its environment, lack of access to tacit knowledge, lack of economies of scale because of the declining development programs and demand stability, weak access to the international training courses and resources, high degree of integration complexity and lack of concentration on learning strain of design and engineering". Finally, at the end of the paper, some policy advices are suggested to overcome these failure factors.

Abstract: 

By using the employees’ views of the Melli bank of Mazandaran province, this research has investigated the effect of strategic emotional intelligence on technological capability, technological knowledge management, and organizational development of them. Due to the research objectives, the statistical population includes employees of the bank. According to Cochran Formula and by using simple random sampling method, 314 questionnaires were distributed among the employees. The obtained data was analyzed using SPSS and Lizrel software. The data gathering tool in this research was a standard questionnaire distributed among employees of the Melli Bank of Mazandaran province. The questionnaire designed in this research was provided to a number of professors and experts in the field of business and banking management to validate the content. Its reliability was also calculated using Cronbach's alpha test. The coefficient obtained from the questionnaire showed a high and acceptable reliability. The result of the research hypotheses test showed that strategic emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect on technological capability, technological knowledge management and organizational development of the bank employees.

Abstract: 

Background and Objectives: Scientometric research, with its capacity to evaluate scientific research and use multiple indicators to explain the potentials and the scientific and technological performance in various dimensions, has gained popularity amongst researchers. This field of inquiry is employed in various studies with the main objective of quantitative examination of a wide range of scientific data. This study aims at a scientometric study in the journal of Computer and Education whose main objective is to map out the topics of the articles and present the upcoming research paths. The purpose of selecting this journal is to address the latest research in one of the most specialized journals in the field of educational technology.Methods:In terms of method, this study is categorized in the generality of meta-nalysis method and among applied studies which has been carried out in using the method of scientometric and bibliographic research studies. . In this research, library study methods have been used to study the theoretical literature and collect researchdata. The analysis unit included all articles published in the Journal of Computers & Education between 2010-2021 and the source of data collection was the Scopus citation database and search for articles by means of the journal title. The search results included 2597 articles. A set of scientometric methods and tools have been used to provide a suiatble analysis and interpretion of the results.Findings: Based on the results, 2597 articles were written by 5928 authors among which the highest number of these articles was written by one author and the average collaboration index for authors was 2.5. The United States, Taiwan, and Spain had the most scientific output, and among the authors, Huang, Chen, and Thassi had the highest number of scholarly articles. This issue highlights the important role and influence of these authors in the journal. A systematic literature review of empirical evidence on computer games and serious games was identified as the most important article and the focus of the research in this journal is more related to learning.Conclusion: In general, the most significant topics in computer and education journals is the use of digital technologies in the field of distance education and learning. The analysis of the research findings showed that the articles published in the Computer and Education Journal are diversely distributed in different scientific subjects and a broad interest from a variety of research perspectives can be noted. Also, the analysis of keywords for the studied articles showed four thematic developments for journal research in areas, such as e-learning, improving learning or teaching methods, developing educational approaches and the application of digital technologies in learning. The findings in the current study can provide some directions for future research on technological learning. It is suggested that future studies examine which pedagogical issues are the most relevant to the research community through meta-analysis to find how to integrate specific technological tools to aid teaching and learning activities. In addition, how interactive e-learning environments are designed to better meet learners' needs can be explored through further design-based research. In particular, what kind of technology tools can provide better academic performance and learning in educational or student-centered learning environments can be further explored

Abstract: 

Technological learning is defined as an endogenous way of generating technological capabilities in developing countries, reflecting the ability of an organization to effectively use, absorb and adapt external technologies, and develop new technologies over time, responding to environmental changes. Three important features of technology learning include gradual technological change, international diffusion of technology and local technological endeavors. In this research, the factors influencing technological learning have been identified. According to studies, two main components, including technological capability (absorptive capacity) and catch up strategy have been introduced as key components. Then, by analyzing the components, the main factors of each are identified and modeled. Capabilities are identified with a set of factors that are categorized as enterprise factors (including internal knowledge of employees, organizational strategies, and technological capabilities), national factors (including market conditions and competitive environment, culture and education, policies and regulations, and Technical infrastructure) and global factors (including fluidity, multiplicity of innovations, and complexity of technologies). The level of these capabilities will determine the catch up strategy. Understanding these factors help to influence the speed and power of technological learning in firms and industries in developing countries. Considering the development of technological capabilities and absorptive capacity at the level of enterprises with the aim of promoting the localization of technology, choosing the appropriate method for acquiring technology in order to encourage learning and acquiring new skills, as well as paying attention to the development of complementary capabilities will lead to technological learning and the success of the technological plans in the country.

Abstract: 

Purpose: The present study aims to identify and explain the futures of Iranian provinces in the competition for the development of NBIC technological convergence (synergy between nanotechnology, biotechnology, information technology and cognitive sciences) with a focus on Yazd province. Method: This research, which has been conducted with a qualitative and descriptive approach, is classified as an exploratory futures-study. In this way, the relevant research records were first reviewed to compile a list of drivers in the development of convergent technologies. The list was then refined and prioritized to identify two key drivers, with the Delphi process attended by fourteen experts. By intersecting the uncertainties of these two drivers, four scenarios of the province's future in technological convergence competition emerged. Findings: The two key drivers affecting the success of the province in the competition for convergent technologies are: the rate of development of the innovation ecosystem and the amount of financial resources allocated to this process. Based on this, four scenarios of the future situation of the province in this field were identified, which have been named as "Vanguard", "Buyer", "Remnant" and "Hired". Conclusion: In order for the provinces to be able to succeed in the forthcoming competitions in the production and operation of convergent technologies, it is necessary to plan for strengthening the ecosystem infrastructure from now; at the same time, it is necessary to make efficient efforts to provide sufficient financial resources for the research and commercialization of these technologies.
